1st thing is they don't allow visitors. I love that. I don't want to see random people in front of my room. If we respect all the policies they respect us. I have seen many people misuse the property and that's why the policies are in place. Nice area but lots of traffic by bus stand Near McDonald's. Also there are a lot of fast food options, gas station and frys food store right across the street.

Really enjoyed my stay here...two nights. I was on a backcountry motorcycle trip and it was a perfect spot to recover from a long day of exploring. Beautiful hotel with lots of history, loved the fireplace lounge, and that coffee is available at 4:00 am! Hotel was built in 1930 but the rooms have all the luxury of a modern hotel, with more charm. The restaurant/bar was outstanding. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and though they call it Continental, it is really much more with eggs, salsa, etc. Dinner was just as good, and reasonably priced, along with a full bar. Our waitress Sylvia was a gem! Thanks again, I can't recommend any more highly.
